The Ice Prince | Yuri Plisetsky
Yurio’s celestial.
The manner with which his skates glide across the ice: that scrape, somehow inviting, and then! That momentary pause when he lifts - so thrilling, so electrifying - the only sound is the gasp of the viewer. And his body swirls, almost liquid, with an elfin sheen; he tantalises the audience with an unspoken control. As his back arches (in a way seductive, yet beautifully innocent too; the curve of reeds against a breeze, by the riverbank, jewelled with dew), you know he knows that this performance is beautiful. Beautiful. There’s no other word, and even those three syllables cannot come close to expressing the s

Chapter four: Custard
Yuri woke up with the sight of Mia sleeping by his side. He slowly got up and slipped into his jogging attire and went out to start his morning routine. By the time he went back to his hotel room, she was already up and was talking on her phone, looking like she was ready to head out. Seeing that her ‘boyfriend’ was back from his jogging session, she quickly ended her conversation to whoever was on the other line.
“Okay Dimitri, I’ll get you one of those Matryoshka dolls here when I come back. See you guys when I get home!”
“Who was that?” He ask

“How did you find me anyway?”
“An old skating friend of mine said that someone who looked like you recently moved into his neighbourhood, and… she was ‘angry-skating’ at the local ice rink.”

“Come on, If you think about it (y/n), you can even attend that prestigious Japanese university you’ve been aiming for. Please, do it for his sake.”
“For his sake Victor? Really? No shit! I don't even want to go back to that kind of life!”

The loud traffic noise irritated the now awake Yuri to the bone, he removed the fabric casually wrapped around his neck and tossed it towards the side. He clearly didn't want to leave h

‘Wake him up for me will you? -Victor’
She rolled her eyes at the usual text his coach sent her. Soon as she heard the pot whistle, she turned the stove off and poured the contents into her favoured pink mug. Five creams and two sugars.
With the assurance of coffee cool enough to drink when she gets back, she proceeded to wake the man sleeping soundly on her bed.
“Good morning, Yuri~.”

The first time Yuri saw him, it was before his lesson, and he was rehearsing his solo variation from the classical repertoire. The second he saw (Name) dancing, he had been struck by his technique, almost perfect. Later, Yuri learned that he had started talking ballet classes three years ago. He was even more impressed by the level he had reached in a very short time and he had to admit, he was a bit frightened that he would soon be surpassed by a beginner.
This boy was already auditioning for a national ballet competition, and Yuri had to admit that he was a bit envious - he’s been dancing for almost twice as long as him
Chapter Two: The Promise of Power
Eighteen months later,
the patient fiancé left behind, becomes a husband; their letters of love and longing which kept them close, now tucked away inside the cedar chest at the foot of their marriage bed. A slot in the ballet company recently vacated, she assumes with vigor anew.
Three years married,
and those years an ugly, poorly stitched quilt of stinging disappointment and heart bursting joy. Sidelined by an ectopic pregnancy, an ill-fated confession whispered when death beckoned her come … now is she amicably divorced, but never alone. Yakov Feltsman, ex-husband, renowned figure skating

The Power of Promise
A Promise Made
A stone dropped in a pond calm. One can never tell how far a ripple will go, nor what it will change as it dissipates. So it is with a promise to protect something precious; it stretches forth into time, its power reaching beyond the lives of obligor and obligee. Yuri Plisetsky, object of the promise. His parentage, a carefully concealed secret. Though canon paints the picture of a close, loving relationship between Nicolai and Yuri, we’re left to assume his mother is alive and well … somewhere. I'm of the mind she is closer to hand than anyone realizes; her presence constituting a threat to everything Yuri has eve

Worthy of You (Yuri Plisetsky x Reader)
You had never seen him move so beautifully, so gracefully across the ice before. By Yuri's side since the beginning, you had watched him grow from your reckless childhood friend into a magnificent young man. You had watched him fall and get back up again hundreds of times, each minor defeat leading to a major victory in which he broke the barriers of figure skating. He had always been beautiful to you, but never, in all the years you had spent with him, had you seen him like this.
There was only one word that even came close to describing what he was in this moment.
Glorious. Utterly glorious, each jump and flourish making your breath catch

Sugar and Spice (Yuri Plisetsky x Reader)
How was it possible, for two people who were such polar opposites, to be so deeply in love?
Viktor watched in tender amusement as (y/n) fussed over Yurio, the tough "Ice Tiger of Russia" surprisingly submissive where he sat on a bench, his leg propped up next to him. An unusual frown adorned (y/n)'s usually cheerful face.
Yurio had attempted a particularly difficult jump during practice that day, and had painfully wrenched his ankle as a result. While it was a minor injury and would only cost him a few days of training, (y/n) was worried all the same.
As Viktor watched, (y/n) handed Yurio an ice pack, her lips moving in some sort of reprim
